§ BO.10.901. CREDITORS

CREDITORS; ANTITRUST. This code does not affect, nullify, or repeal the antitrust laws or abridge any right or rights of any creditor under existing laws. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
