§ BC.9.809. PRIORITY

PRIORITY. The 2013 amendments determine the priority of conflicting claims to collateral. However, if the relative priorities of the claims were established before July 1, 2013, this chapter as it existed before amendment determines priority. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 67 (S.B. 782 ), Sec. 18, eff. July 1, 2013.
