§ BC.52.151. CONTRACT VOIDABLE

CONTRACT VOIDABLE. A contract for invention development services is voidable at the option of the customer if the contract: (1) does not substantially comply with this chapter; or (2) was entered into in reliance on any false, fraudulent, or misleading information, representation, notice, or advertisement of the invention developer.
