§ BC.20.10. REMEDIES CUMULATIVE

REMEDIES CUMULATIVE. An action taken under this chapter does not prohibit a consumer from taking any other action authorized by law except that a credit reporting agency may not be subject to suit with respect to any issue that was the subject of an arbitration proceeding brought under Section 20.08 .
