§ AL.61.72. SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION
SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION: RETAILER: PREMISES. Except for a violation of the credit or cash law, a penalty of suspension or cancellation of the license of a retail dealer shall be assessed against the license for the premises where the offense was committed. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 471, ch. 194, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
