§ AL.11.47. DENIAL OF PERMIT
DENIAL OF PERMIT: INTEREST IN MALT BEVERAGE ESTABLISHMENT. The commission may deny an application for an original or renewal permit if it has reasonable grounds to believe and finds that the applicant or a person with whom the applicant is residentially domiciled has a financial interest in a permit or license authorizing the sale of malt beverages at retail, except as is authorized by Section 22.06 , 24.05 , or 102.05 . This section does not apply to an applicant for a permit which authorizes the sale of mixed beverages. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 409, ch. 194, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
