§ AG.93.051. REQUIREMENT TO WEIGH
REQUIREMENT TO WEIGH; PUBLIC WEIGHER. Citrus fruit that is purchased by weight prior to packing shall be weighed at the expense of the buyer by a public weigher. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1240, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
