§ AG.92.022. FANCY AND CHOICE GRADES
FANCY AND CHOICE GRADES. Fancy and choice tomatoes are: (1) sound; (2) free from undesirable scars, cat faces, and insect or other damage; and (3) packed according to standards established by this subchapter. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1231, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
