§ AG.78.043. NOTICE OF CONTROL MEASURES
NOTICE OF CONTROL MEASURES. The chairman of the board shall give written notice to each person who holds title to or possesses land located in the district of: (1) the control measures in effect on the person's land; and (2) information necessary to enable the person to carry out the measures.
