§ AG.301.109. SCOPE OF PERMIT
SCOPE OF PERMIT. A separate permit is required for each operation. If an operation is to be conducted under contract, a permit is required for each separate contract. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation may not issue a permit for a contracted operation unless it covers a continuous period not to exceed four years. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 2.001(a), eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
