§ AG.301.106. RENEWAL LICENSE
RENEWAL LICENSE. At the expiration of the license period, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shall issue a renewal license to each applicant who pays the license fee and who has the qualifications necessary for issuance of an original license. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 2.001(a), eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
