§ AG.301.103. ISSUANCE OF LICENSE

ISSUANCE OF LICENSE. (a) The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, in accordance with the rules adopted under this chapter, shall issue a weather modification license to each applicant who: (1) pays the license fee; and (2) demonstrates, to the satisfaction of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, competence in the field of meteorology that is reasonably necessary to engage in weather modification and control activities. (b) If the applicant is an organization, the competence must be demonstrated by the individual or individuals who are to be in control and in charge of the operation for the applicant.
