§ AG.167.008. INSPECTIONS
INSPECTIONS. The commission may order the owner, part owner, or caretaker of animals to gather the animals for inspection at a time and place prescribed in the order of the commission. The commission shall serve written notice of the order not later than the 12th day before the day of inspection. A person on whom an order is served is entitled to request and obtain a hearing in the manner provided by this chapter for hearings on orders to treat animals.
