§ AG.141.052. LABELING OF BULK COMMERCIAL FEED

LABELING OF BULK COMMERCIAL FEED. At the time of delivery of bulk commercial feed distributed in this state, other than customer-formula feed, the manufacturer or other person distributing the feed shall furnish the purchaser with a written or printed statement showing the information required by Section 141.051 (a) of this code.
