§ AG.122.353. INTERSTATE TRANSPORTATION

INTERSTATE TRANSPORTATION. To the extent of a conflict between a provision of this chapter and a provision of federal law involving interstate transportation of hemp, including a United States Department of Agriculture regulation, federal law controls and conflicting provisions of this chapter do not apply.
