§ SD.9015.254. JUDICIAL NOTICE OF RULES

JUDICIAL NOTICE OF RULES. A court shall take judicial notice of a rule adopted under this subchapter and published as required by Section 9015.253 , and the court shall consider the rule to be similar in nature to a penal ordinance of a municipality.
