§ SD.9015.158. ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT RIGHTS
ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT RIGHTS. (a) The authority may acquire by assignment any right of the city under a contract between the city and Corpus Christi in reference to such water supply.
