§ SD.8860.103. MITIGATION ASSISTANCE
MITIGATION ASSISTANCE. In addition to the authority granted by Chapter 36 , Water Code, the district may assist in the mediation between landowners regarding the loss of existing groundwater supply of exempt domestic and livestock users due to the groundwater pumping of others.
