§ GV.865.021. COMPLAINT FILES

COMPLAINT FILES. (a) The pension system shall maintain a system to promptly and efficiently act on complaints filed with the system. The system shall maintain information about: (1) parties to the complaint; (2) the subject matter of the complaint; (3) a summary of the results of the review or investigation of the complaint; and (4) the disposition of the complaint. (b) The pension system shall make information available describing its procedures for complaint investigation and resolution. (c) The pension system shall periodically notify the complaint parties of the status of the complaint until final disposition.
