§ SD.8513.0326. CONCESSIONS AND FRANCHISES RELATING TO WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT, PARKS, RECREATIONAL
CONCESSIONS AND FRANCHISES RELATING TO WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT, PARKS, RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, AND FISH OR WILDLIFE PRESERVES AND RESERVES. The authority may grant to any person a concession or franchise on the premises of any work of improvement, park, recreational facility, or fish or wildlife preserve or reserve.
