§ SD.8510.0210. MEETINGS
MEETINGS. (a) The president shall preside at all board meetings. (b) At each regular board meeting, the board shall: (1) include public testimony as a meeting agenda item; and (2) allow the public to comment on all meeting agenda items and other matters under the authority's jurisdiction. (c) At a regular board meeting, the board may not deliberate on or decide a matter not included in the meeting agenda, except that the board may discuss including the matter on the agenda for a subsequent meeting. (d) The board or a board committee may hold a meeting by telephone conference call, by video conference call, or through communications over the Internet, in accordance with procedures provided by Subchapter F , Chapter 551 , Government Code, if the board president or any three board members determine that holding the meeting in that manner is necessary or convenient.
