EFFECT OF OTHER SUBCHAPTERS. None of the provisions of this chapter that were formerly a part of Chapter 26, Acts of the 42nd Legislature, 1st Called Session, 1931, as amended, Chapter 2, Acts of the 42nd Legislature, 4th Called Session, 1932, as amended, or Chapter 76, General Laws, Acts of the 44th Legislature, Regular Session, 1935, as amended, authorize or may be construed to limit, modify, or repeal the provisions of this subchapter.
