§ SD.8294.102. GENERAL CONTRACT POWERS
GENERAL CONTRACT POWERS. The district may enter into a water supply, sewage treatment, solid waste, or drainage contract, or any combination of those contracts, with a municipal corporation, political subdivision, or private entity.
