§ GV.751.007. LOBBYIST RESTRICTION

LOBBYIST RESTRICTION. A person required to register as a lobbyist under Chapter 305 may not act as general counsel of the office. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 38, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1991. Amended by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., 1st C.S., ch. 4, Sec. 8.01, eff. Aug. 22, 1991.
