§ GV.665.021. SENATE MEETS AS COURT OF IMPEACHMENT
SENATE MEETS AS COURT OF IMPEACHMENT. If the house prefers articles of impeachment against an individual, the senate shall meet as a court of impeachment in a trial of the individual in the manner provided by Article XV of the Texas Constitution. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
