§ GV.661.036. PAYMENT CHARGED TO CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR
PAYMENT CHARGED TO CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR. A state agency shall charge a payment required by Section 661.033 to the fiscal year in which the state employee dies. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
