§ OC.651.1655. REINSTATEMENT OF SUSPENDED LICENSE

REINSTATEMENT OF SUSPENDED LICENSE. A person whose license has been suspended may renew the license by paying to the commission a renewal fee that is equal to two times the normally required renewal fee in addition to any penalty assessed by the commission. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 263 (H.B. 1468 ), Sec. 22, eff. September 1, 2009.
