§ IN.651.159. DEFAULT CHARGE

DEFAULT CHARGE. A premium finance agreement may provide for the payment of a default charge by the insured as provided by Section 342.203 , Finance Code, this code, or a rule adopted under those statutes. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 2, eff. April 1, 2005.
