§ GV.606.063. CONTRIBUTIONS BY STATE AGENCY

CONTRIBUTIONS BY STATE AGENCY. A state agency may pay contributions on social security coverage of the agency's state employees who are paid from the state treasury as required by an agreement with the secretary from funds appropriated to the comptroller for that purpose. A contribution made under this section is not considered compensation to the employee under any state law. Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
