§ TN.601.057. EVIDENCE THAT DOES NOT FULFILL REQUIREMENTS

EVIDENCE THAT DOES NOT FULFILL REQUIREMENTS; SUSPENSION. If evidence filed with the department does not continue to fulfill the purpose for which it was required, the department shall suspend the driver's license and all vehicle registrations or nonresident's operating privilege of the person who filed the evidence pending the filing of other evidence of financial responsibility.
