§ WA.60.205. OTHER EXPENSES NOT AFFECTED
OTHER EXPENSES NOT AFFECTED. Since this subchapter authorizes disbursements from the promotion and development fund for unusual purposes and occasions not covered by other law, the setting aside of the fund and disbursements from the fund shall not affect payment of other expenses customarily approved, audited, and paid out of the regular funds of the district.
