§ WA.58.150. TRANSACTIONS IN DISTRICT NAMES UNDER JOINT OWNERSHIP AND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

TRANSACTIONS IN DISTRICT NAMES UNDER JOINT OWNERSHIP AND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. All bids, bonds, contracts, and other transactions made under a joint ownership and construction contract may be made in the names of the districts which are parties to the contract.
