§ GV.549.0256. NOTICE OF PRIOR AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT IMPLEMENTATION AND PROCEDURES
NOTICE OF PRIOR AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT IMPLEMENTATION AND PROCEDURES. Not later than the 30th day before the date a prior authorization requirement is implemented, the commission shall post on the Internet for consumers and providers: (1) notice of the implementation date; and (2) a detailed description of the procedures to be used in obtaining prior authorization. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2025.
