§ GV.547.0201. STREAMLINING PROCESS FOR AWARDING BEHAVIORAL HEALTH GRANTS

STREAMLINING PROCESS FOR AWARDING BEHAVIORAL HEALTH GRANTS. (a) The commission shall implement a process to better coordinate behavioral health grants the commission administers. The process must: (1) streamline the administrative processes at the commission; and (2) decrease the administrative burden on applicants applying for multiple grants. (b) The process may include developing a standard application for multiple behavioral health grants. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 769 (H.B. 4611 ), Sec. 1.01, eff. April 1, 2025.
