§ GV.540.0709. SPECIAL PROTOCOLS FOR INDIGENT POPULATIONS

SPECIAL PROTOCOLS FOR INDIGENT POPULATIONS. In conjunction with an academic center, the commission may study the treatment of indigent populations to develop special protocols for use by Medicaid managed care organizations in providing health care services to recipients.
