§ GV.532.0054. OFFICE OF COMMUNITY ACCESS AND SERVICES

OFFICE OF COMMUNITY ACCESS AND SERVICES. The executive commissioner shall establish within the commission an office of community access and services. The office is responsible for: (1) collaborating with community, state, and federal stakeholders to improve the elements of the health care system that are involved in delivering Medicaid services; and (2) sharing with Medicaid providers, including hospitals, any best practices, resources, or other information regarding improvements to the health care system.
