§ TN.521.014. TEXAS 1836 PROJECT PAMPHLET

TEXAS 1836 PROJECT PAMPHLET. (a) The department shall provide the pamphlet described by Section 451.005 , Government Code, to persons who receive a driver's license: (1) after applying under Section 521.144; or (2) with an expiration provided by Section 521.271 (a-2) or (a-3). (b) The department shall make the pamphlet described by Section 451.005 , Government Code, available to the public on the department's Internet website. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 818 (H.B. 2497 ), Sec. 2, eff. September 1, 2021.
