§ AG.51.020. FORMS

FORMS. (a) The attorney general shall prepare and file with the secretary of state forms for the following documents of a society: (1) articles of incorporation; (2) amendments of the articles; (3) bylaws; (4) rules of the society; (5) annual reports of the society to its members; (6) annual reports of the society to the secretary of state; and (7) any other forms necessary to make this chapter effective. (b) The secretary of state shall cause the forms and copies of this chapter to be published and distributed to citizens of the state who are interested. Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1100, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1981.
