§ TN.504.647. FIGHT TERRORISM LICENSE PLATES
FIGHT TERRORISM LICENSE PLATES. (a) The department shall issue Fight Terrorism specialty license plates that include a pentagon-shaped border surrounding: (1) the date "9-11-01" with the likeness of the World Trade Center towers forming the "11"; (2) the likeness of the United States flag; and (3) the words "Fight Terrorism." (b) The fee shall be deposited to the credit of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles fund. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1320, Sec. 6, eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
