§ TN.504.514. EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PERSONNEL

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PERSONNEL. (a) The department shall issue specialty license plates for emergency medical services personnel certified by the Department of State Health Services under Subchapter C , Chapter 773 , Health and Safety Code. (b) The fee for issuance of the license plates is $8. (c) A person may be issued only one set of the license plates. Transferred, redesignated and amended from Transportation Code, Section 504.410 by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1296 (H.B. 2357 ), Sec. 201, eff. January 1, 2012.
