§ PR.5.0142. PURCHASER SIGNATURE REQUIRED

PURCHASER SIGNATURE REQUIRED. The purchaser shall sign the notice required by Section 5.014 or the purchase contract including the notice to evidence the receipt of notice. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 253 (H.B. 1543 ), Sec. 4, eff. September 1, 2021.
