§ ED.48.262. ADJUSTMENTS FOR CERTAIN DISTRICTS RECEIVING FEDERAL IMPACT AID
ADJUSTMENTS FOR CERTAIN DISTRICTS RECEIVING FEDERAL IMPACT AID. The commissioner is granted the authority to ensure that school districts receiving federal impact aid due to the presence of a military installation or significant concentrations of military students do not receive more than an eight percent reduction should the federal government reduce appropriations to those schools.
