§ WA.4.02. Subbasin 2--Intrastate and Interstate streams--Oklahoma

Subbasin 2--Intrastate and Interstate streams--Oklahoma. "(a) This subbasin is composed of all tributaries of the Red River in Oklahoma and portions thereof upstream to the Texas-Oklahoma state boundary at longitude 100 degrees west, beginning from Denison Dam and upstream to and including Buck Creek. "(b) The State of Oklahoma shall have free and unrestricted use of the water of this subbasin. "
