§ TN.451.508. REMOVAL BY BOARD

REMOVAL BY BOARD. A board member may be removed from office by the other members of the board because of a ground for removal described by Section 451.510 . Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995. Amended by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 30.28(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
