§ IN.443.052. COMMENCEMENT OF FORMAL DELINQUENCY PROCEEDING
COMMENCEMENT OF FORMAL DELINQUENCY PROCEEDING. (a) Except as authorized by Section 203(e)(3), Pub. L. No. 111-203, any formal delinquency proceeding against a person shall be commenced by filing a petition in the name of the commissioner or department.
