§ HS.433.086. MANDAMUS TO COMPEL COMPLIANCE

MANDAMUS TO COMPEL COMPLIANCE. On application of the attorney general at the request of the department, the district court may issue a writ of mandamus ordering a person to comply with this chapter or an order under this chapter.
