§ GV.432.102. INITIAL ACTION ON RECORD
INITIAL ACTION ON RECORD. After trial by court-martial the record shall be forwarded to the convening authority, and action on the record may be taken by the person who convened the court, a commissioned officer then commanding, a successor in command, or any officer exercising general court-martial jurisdiction. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
