§ GV.418.171. QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENDERING AID
QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENDERING AID. A person who holds a license, certificate, or other permit issued by a state or political subdivision of any state evidencing the meeting of qualifications for professional, mechanical, or other skills may render aid involving the skill in this state to meet an emergency or disaster. This state shall give due consideration to the license, certificate, or other permit. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
