§ GV.411.010. ASSISTANCE OF STATE AGENCIES
ASSISTANCE OF STATE AGENCIES. The attorney general, the Texas Department of Transportation, the Texas Department of Health, and all other departments of state government shall cooperate with the department in the execution of this chapter and the enforcement of state laws concerning public safety and crime prevention and detection.
