§ IN.4102.063. NOTICE OF EXPIRATION

NOTICE OF EXPIRATION. At least 30 days before the expiration of a license, the department shall send written notice of the impending license expiration to the license holder at the license holder's last known mailing address according to the records of the department. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 728 (H.B. 2018 ), Sec. 11.082(a), eff. September 1, 2005.
